Subidha Poddar
Subidha is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of Calcutta University, India, and has been based in Germany for the past eight years. She brings strong international professional experience from working with multinational companies in both India and Germany. In addition, she has closely interacted with various universities across Europe, helping students identify the best-fit country, university, and course.
She is deeply motivated to help young students discover and pursue the right career path. Beyond offering guidance, Subidha strongly believes in walking alongside students throughout their journey. Over the years, she has supported many students in securing admissions to top colleges and in finding work opportunities that enable them to gain practical experience and earn a living while continuing their studies.
Rounak Poddar
Rounak is an MBA, Chartered Accountant, and Company Secretary from India. Currently based in Germany, he shares the same vision as Subidha and serves as our expert in test preparation and academic guidance. He is an All India Rank holder in both the CA and CS examinations, secured the highest All India score in Mathematics in the CA Foundation examination, and achieved a GMAT score of 740.
Rounak completed his graduation from St. Xavier’s College and earned his Master’s degree from the Indian School of Business. He has been working in Germany for the past eight years and is deeply dedicated to supporting students by guiding them toward the right academic and career paths.
Swati Baid
Swati Baid is a Chartered Accountant and a respected mentor within the student community, known for her clear guidance, practical insights, and student-centric approach to career planning. She completed her graduation from Shri Shikshayatan College, widely recognized as one of the leading colleges for women in Kolkata.With a strong ability to simplify complex academic and professional concepts, Swati makes learning approachable, structured, and effective for students from diverse backgrounds. Her explanations are practical, easy to understand, and focused on real-world application, helping students gain clarity rather than confusion.
Bishal Gupta
Bishal Gupta is a Chartered Accountant and an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), with a strong academic background and a deep passion for mentoring students. He has extensive experience in working closely with learners preparing for GMAT and GRE, helping them build strong foundations in quantitative reasoning, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Known for his structured and student-friendly teaching style, Bishal excels at simplifying complex concepts and making them accessible, even to students who may initially feel intimidated by competitive exams. His approach focuses not only on exam techniques but also on developing the analytical mindset required to succeed in standardized tests and higher education.
Swati Ganeriwal
Swati Ganeriwal is an All India Rank holder in the Chartered Accountancy course and has secured the highest All India score in Mathematics, reflecting her exceptional analytical ability and academic excellence. She has also completed the Actuarial course, further strengthening her expertise in quantitative reasoning and problem-solving.
Mathematics has always been her forte, and she has consistently topped mathematics examinations throughout her academic career. Her deep understanding of numbers, logic, and patterns allows her to break down complex problems into simple, intuitive steps that students can easily grasp.
Swati is deeply passionate about teaching and takes particular pride in preparing students for GRE, GMAT, and other aptitude-based examinations. Her teaching approach focuses on building strong fundamentals, speed, and accuracy while boosting students’ confidence in quantitative sections.
